Why this forum is converted into a forum assorted topics with cribbing about what others are getting and why others are not belong laid off. Some are also focused on rediculing Jane and HR. Why can’t some moderate the forum and keep the focus.

Focus yourself.
I agree that it should be more focused on the layoffs. That said, people are angry at the way this is being handled. Each area of the business has its own set of issues some areas are drowning in work overload, others have DEI problems, etc. So people vent. As to Jane and HR, they are fair game. Jane’s decisions and the ones made by former CEOs have caused the downfall of what was at one point a world bank. And HR for a variety of reasons is doing an appalling job by not doing even the bare minimum.
OP - Don’t expect order. These are Citi employees who will eventually be laid off and will vanish from this forum 🤣
