Showed up on my IEX for Thur and none of my other coworkers have it on their schedule. Does anyone know what this is or does it mean I’ll be fired or laid off? I’ve been on a final CAP so wondering if it’s a sign

no, not on Cap or Pip
The sign is you are on a CAP or PIP. Once that is on your file, it’s like a mark that follows your file.
