Do not help train your replacements. Don’t share data, make them work your time and always tell your boss they are incompetent and you have to recycle every piece of their work. This would delay them taking your job.
This is good advice. It's sad that it's come to this, but if we can't help the move to cheaper countries, at least we can do our best to slow it down.
