Is it just me, or have we been having constant cuts in the last 12 months, only much smaller in scope than usual? I've been hearing about people being let go at least on a monthly basis. I'm now at the point where I'm worried about more cuts nonstop. This is not healthy and it's not good for morale. I honestly don't know what the management is thinking with all of this.

You are obviously from HR, so you of all people should know.
Smartly they do it in such a way that they break the collective numbers across the quarter, if your teammates are let go, your fate is already decided .
Its funny that a company like Bumble lets go of 350 people and it is headline news. Thermo Fisher knows what they are doing. They have let go of thousands of employees without it ever becoming a major news headline.
The cuts will continue. Until leadership takes their job seriously nothing will improve.
It's not just you. There are "pockets" being let go continously, just too small to gain media attention
