Any idea if the company is going to offer another package? Now we have a Laundry list of tests to run at every home and being threatened with write ups and “ plans” , backbreaking jobs with no drops that take hours to do But hey make sure you give a great survey . And these id--ts wonder why we hate working here so much .

They did the two weeks/10 year one already last year and got rid of a ton of people that left with a bunch of knowledge

The only package coming is when they bundle route time frames. (3)8-11’s (3)11-2’s , (3) 2-5’s and a first call.
Heard from a highly placed source that they are putting together a package due to the legal issues that they are anticipating. They are looking at 2 weeks for every year for 10 plus year employees . Should be rolling out mid year
We have seen the last of the VRP/severance packages for the everyday employee. When the day comes that DM or other Sr executives are let go they will leave with a big payout but the everyday employee will get whatever vacation time they have accrued and that’s it. This company has spent tens of millions of dollars getting rid of highly skilled and talented employees over the several years.
Doubt it. Last one cost them a fortune with the back office payouts they had to do. If the replaced any of those roles, they brought over people who needed market rate salary. No money left in the bucket for packages I’d say, just old fashioned firing
