Can anyone give us an idea for how the UK redundancy packages look? I know this will be contingent on years of service etc. however I am convinced I’m going to be made redundant and would like to plan ahead!

I think this a formula that has been used in the past - but not necessarily what will be offered currently. All subject to NDA as well.
I’m not 100% but think it may be 3 months notice + 4 weeks for every year completed, maybe IBP also. However I think there may be a cap of a year’s salary.
What makes you think you’re about to be let go?
I would second this and also love to hear any news of Ireland.
