I wouldn't be surprised if Clearlake had a team of lawyers and forensic accountants looking at the transaction.
Hearing chatter about an eventual class action against Patrick because of his firing people only to rehire them at a company he sits on the board for. Sounds like a little pay to play action. How did Clearlake get involved with this guy?
