Thread regarding Walgreens layoffs

Walgreens can cut costs and hire by looking for more lower level corporate employees who can bring in some fresh skills and be molded to the company’s future direction. ‘Director’, ‘Manager’, Senior’ level positions are NOT realistic at the company anymore. These job postings will most likely serve as the first to be let go when the next round of layoffs occur.
Divesting from Boots Alliance will allow Walgreens to go back to the basics where they can focus on what former, current and future customers really want/need with realistic expectations. Trying to “keep up with the Joneses’ is exactly why they are spread so thin and are not able to take care of their employees who are the core of the business of being able to care for their customers.

Are you mad because you still can't write, you are bitter, and you left for something even worse that all you can do is lurk on a Walgreens message board? It's ok...you still can get hooked in phonics if you try! As for getting a life...I don't think anyone can help you there.

A Walgreen's employee talking about writing skills? Too funny..... that is the last thing I would think you should be worrying about don't ya think. Just keep working at Walgreens. Sounds like you deserve it. Sounds like you deserve to be right there were you are.

Or they are trying to get out. Not everyone can just immediately leave and it's not just excuses. That's not how the job market works. But if it makes you feel better to sh-t on people, go ahead and have at it, but while you're on the Internet, maybe check out some resources on writing skills.

The smart ones have left. The rest won't ever leave until they are let go. That is what is sad. They have too many excuses to why they stay. We all have choices, , the ones that left we are doing great. The ones that stay, just complain and stay. Pretty sad.
