They are all for offshore hiring now. I already see promos for offshore hires, so called Senior BI Analysts who can't build one tableau dashboard with accurate data.
Also came across someone with 5 yrs of fake experience from offshore, offered really high salary in the bay, just because they are manager's fav. :)

quality is down big time.
