What's the word on annual raise % and target bonus multiplier?

Apparently numbers are expected to be weaker this quarter (https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1040045/bp-may-surprise-with-dividends-despite-weaker-finish-to-2023-1040045.html) so I'd expect it to be on the lower end of the YTD range if it's purely on that..
I would say 1.4 and usual 2-3%.
And no - none of you on this site will get the 1.4 additional multiplier.
