It's time for us to unionize, we are just a number to management as they prepare to sale off and get bonuses. They make promises and do the exact opposite. It's shame full, remember when Michell dell himself said companies forcing employees back in the office, " you're doing it wrong"

@1rjz+1qUJpT0N I’m ready to organize in Utah. Tell others who are like-minded.
after todays announcement its clear dell doesn't care about its employees... something needs to change. i would be willing to talk about unions.. based in draper utah here..
I was a manager for a long time. There is nothing upper leadership fears as much as unions.
This is my post- I meant to say “is not”
Unions su-k and have outlived their usefulness.
Unionization is going to help save you. Dell is a sweatshop that makes sh-t products.

I apologize for the typo.
I won't say location, just as I'm sure the HR monitors are all over, but there is a push beginning. I'd have to think once the first domino falls, it'll be easy enough to spread it to the other sites as well.

Let’s go! How do we do it? How do we communicate?
Yes and yes! Dell has lost its way, i use to love working here, over 15 years now. Ive been a senior manager, team lead, wfm, project manager, tam, sam and now in operations. I'm ashamed to say I work at Dell, we use to be the example, that's no longer the case
I'm of the same mind set, something has to. Hanged. Leadership needs to see they can't treat us like this!
As much as it pains s me to say it, I think it's time.. things are going from bas to worse.
