Transition query on Return to Office

Heard that Salary and 50% transition bonus both will be cut for each day not in office.
Scares me.
Can they decline severance pay if not coming to office ?
I live 47 miles from office and ignoring RTO. Worried about badge reports though.

Who did you hear from? A friend of a janitor who heard it from an HVAC engineer whose Mother worked in the canteen and heard it on good authority from someone who used to work at VMware 10 years ago?

No wonder BCOM is getting rid of so many people if this is the level of maturity you show.

Why anyone would expect answers in a public rant-a-thon says everything about the OP you need to know.

Hock Tan will do what is best for the stock.
This includes declining severance for not complying with RTO guidelines.
Your location in Transition Offer Letter should be your guideline in your choices.

A visit to a psychiatrist should help you more than this site.
Your questions on this topic are becoming more bizarre that I feel that the acquisition has impacted your mental health

This exact same thing was just posted earlier in the week.
Suspect you are just the same person attempting to stir up more controversy.
Go read the previous post thread.
