I know they’re training a lot of people in Mexico, seems a bit early to wipe the department though.

ROC employee here and as far as I know, no hits as of yet (this time). Two regions had Mexican employees and only one team did “well” with them. Both regions were told hands off during the training process for these Mexico based employees and the one team that followed leadership direction, failed. Every single outsourced employee has quit from that region. Whereas, the other region that did nothing but hand holding is boasting that their employees from Mexico are closing over 700 work items a month. I’d LOVE to see what the he-l these people are closing, because in my region, we have 4 PRS that deliver high metrics that have been here for YEARS and do not come close to 700 closures. This is all just horsesh-t and we’re all left in the dark, wondering when we’re next.
I’m in the ROC. I didn’t hear anything yesterday. Doesn’t mean it’s not coming though…
