Anyone heard York being sold off? Curious what management is discussing - who will buy this?

Bosch just bought York last month.

Besides York what other business units are on the chopping block?
Trane is one of the candidates looking into acquiring York.
This is not the first. The news just happened to get out this time. Over the next few years, all of JCI will be sold off.
