I sent my email on the 2nd but didn’t get a confirmation back from them.
This is about the employees who were given notice a couple months ago but with their last day on the payroll (severance date) set as feb2. After that, they get their severance package only after they submit their acceptance notice. They only have one week after the severance date to submit it.
Sorry for my ignorance. Is this about people laid off?
I would suggest sending it via either email or express mail with verified delivery. Don't take chances with the regular mail. Even priority mail may be iffy you live far away from Chicago.
