it doesn't matter to DELL of you choose remote or hybrid.
remote = min or no raise; no LTI; no promotion ; no new job
hybrid = part of the team leading DELL
If you are late in your career go remote your going to retire in the same spot anyway
if your young, move to campus or spend the next 1-2 years looking for a job

I laugh at the boomer statements which I am not however you too will be that age at some point with responsibilities and may not be able to virtue signal any longer and su-k it up unfortunately.
