Thread regarding HCL Technologies layoffs

Fact: if you agree to be employed at HCL, please make sure you read your offer letter.
They will pay you only 90% of what you ask for; then the other 10% is split into a 5-part bonus system, four 1/4s and one yearly.
They will pay you based on 40 hr week—No overtime without being approved by a SR VP.
If overtime is paid, you only get half pay and not time and half. (it is a loophole in federal law)
there will also be a clause that says that from time to time personal will be cycled off the account for budget reasons. that time is normally 18 to 24 months . after that you are cycled out the door.
