So what are we supposed to be about, exactly? It is obvious we are not catching up with competition, nor have any idea how to do it. Mgmt is throwing around AI as if we have been a world leader in its development. Leadership is trying to convince us and the rest of the world that all is great, while making questionable decisions. At this point I can not imagine how this company would look in a year, let alone beyond.

Pastor P. has mentioned several times in several interviews that this gig is VERY temporary 4-5 yrs max...he said he has family that is more important. I give him 1-2 yrs max...he will be forced out. .
He will be forced out if he doesn't retire himself.
You can count on BlackRock, Fidelity and Vanguard to make his departure happen.. they own Intel and not Pat.
Pat negotiated the lifting of the 65 year age cap for retirement as a pre-condition for taking on this job. I don't think that he is going anywhere anytime soon.

Pastor P. is set to mandatory retire in about 2 yrs. But what exactly has he done? Re-live the days of his failed GPU days......filled the brand new fabs with empty shelves because no one wants out-dated process. If he was honest he would be shopping Intel to Microsoft...they need the office space...haaaa
