are you asking what the company percentage is or what your percentage is that your boss is going to give you based on the company percentage. Company could be 100 percent but you only get 80 percent of your bonus potential. Two layers here.

I ask my manager every 3-5 months about promotions in our 1x1s. Always worth asking.
