Should we assume that every job that gets posted internally is already earmarked for someone else? It sure does appear that way.

I was speaking about the majority of roles, and in those cases they are not getting advertised externally.
It seems most come on for a few days and then vanish, posted because of some silly legal formality. It's disgusting.
I have an old coworker who is interviews for a role. He is external and I didn’t refer. He landed an interview.
