My Boeing groups so called remote work policy. Is that you can work one day out of the week remotely, calling it hybrid but only with your manager's prior approval. Good luck getting that.
Remote work has always been an “executive perk”. They extended it to the commoners during Covid because it was the only way for them to keep making money. They’ve been trying to claw it back ever since, and for the most part they’ve failed because workers have held their ground.

Calhoun doesn't need to watch Boeing stock price because he's probably sure he's going to get his multi-million dollar bonus again, just like the 22 million he did in 2022.

People are getting tired of the elite classes in this nation doing whatever they want and only caring about their friends stock prices. If they don't replace these people in the organization I'm sorry to say nobody will believe in change. Time to walk the real walk Boeing and stop the dog and pony show,shell game s,and magical deceptions. The little people care about this company unlike you we don't have millions. Stop destroying us!
