Does the new policy say what pay grade is eligible for relocation assistance?

It specifically stated that there would be no relocation accommodation if you had to move near a major office. It also stated that no travel expenses would be paid if you choose to stay full time remote and are required to attends meetings at a major office.

I know of a VP which asked for a relo assistance and was told, "No".

I suppose some M11 and definitely VP/SVP+ will get relo benefit.

M10/I10 and below will get absolutely nothing which is fine by me. That is the two tier system in place for ever and ever. You want increase in pay or relocation, apply elsewhere.

M9 above always get more perks and I wouldn't be surprised if there is a loophole for them. Most countries they even have a different HR benefits contract.
