Another layoff, another day, another round of PTSD for employees whether they’re working there still or not. Who pays the price? Is it time for a lawsuit? It’s a bro culture. Women are at the bottom. Bullying is acceptable. No pay increase for a few years as acceptable even to align with market and or the inflation rate. Layoff people and put more work on others. It’s great.

Zoom is a sinking ship. MS Teams is eating our lunch. Focus on Contact Center to keep Zoom float for a few more years and put money in our bank accounts before there is no more floatation device.
