IRS has a hard required notice date of jan 31,2024 in USA. W2 are submittted to both social security and to employees. W2 may be submitted electronically to social security and by mail to employees no later then Jan 31, 2024. Penalties accrue for late filing.
Don’t know what BCs problem is. Seems like they are out of compliance. One wonders how trustworthy their accounting is…

Ok, I got it via email.
BC HR rep has forwarded my request to Vmware HR (they are still employed!) and VMware rep sent me W2 via email. The END! :)
You can download the 2023 W2 from Workday which can be accessed via the integration portal. I downloaded mine earlier this morning.

quit back in September, still waiting for my W2. The funny thing, I have already received W2 from my new employer. I tried contacting BC HR - no luck.
Also I do not have access to Workspace One, my username is not working.
Didn’t get it yet either. They have a legal obligation to send it.
If they don't send, you are still required to file.
