Anyone have info on how many people and where were already laid off? Which profiles? I’ve been hearing a lot of engineers are being let go. Do we know how long this will last?

At least some additional layoffs in Austin today.
Company doesnt want to make public the quantity of people they are laying off after beating every quarter revenues. Europe will continue to see layoff all around the year. In US, no one is saved, specially when they just destroyed several business lines. Worst CEO, definitely beating any Freescale or Motorola high management. Worst place to work, no training whatsoever, they hold all the people over 60 and lay off or dont give enough salary or compensation to young engineers. Unstable company all year around. Stay away from NXP and even more NXP US
Last week there were layoffs in Netherlands. Smart Antena group was touched.
