Has anyone found out about comp increases and incentive? How’s it looking, my review is tomorrow

If you do really well you get to park where FB parks for 2 days a year.
Probably 2% merit increase for most...usually don't find out until March or so
Its usually 3% for meets expectations. When FB came in there was a flattening of expectations, so it will be very far to justify exceeds expectations, and its impossible to get far exceeds. I know most here don't enjoy their time at FISV, but if you do, best bet is to find another position after 2 years to get a true wage hike.
The incentive budget is the same as last year. No increase for inflation or positive company performance.
how much is the cash and stock bonus for those who got it?
sal is around 150k
Was told to expect what you got last year. Which wasn’t much. Hard to find any motivation to work hard around here anymore, it’s sad.
former employee here. Have they moved bonuses to 100% equity yet?

Reviews by February 16th. Incentive proposals for associates due by the 6th by managers. The stock grants will be award by the 21st. Cash on the 29th paycheck. Merit will be discussed in March so no one knows what's what yet. So three meetings instead of one...
Why should anyone expect anything? Were told we didn’t make their numbers… too many errors and failures…total blame on the low associates when the decisions are made at the top..but they already received their stock options…no profit sharing here…
Always 2-3% if you are lucky 3.75%
What is it you don’t know? FB always mandates managing to 2%.
