Ask yourself this: Is that amount of money worth being a WM manager? You're working 80 hours a week, putting up with bad hires by your staff, getting sh1t on by the HO, dealing with high theft. etc... 100% fuuk NO!
More stock options for the family. Has to be skimmed from the top and when that can't happen 3 for 1 split.
Sam allowed for everyone to be profitable when the company was. Do the customer facing associates also have stock grants to help then. NO THEY DO NOT!
