Ownership is past their prime. They don’t care. It’s all about collecting the profits until the company goes bankrupt.
Call center in Daytona are just making calls to numbers that go no where. 200 calls a day with 10 second talk time Zero new leads and no talent to land them there best sales person left
Those days are over. They like the new model.
Call center all day. Only time will tell.
In my opinion the company can be saved, but they must hire sales reps. Sorry, but the call center and few MDS reps aren’t cutting it. They are also very stingy with giving branches the resources they need in order to grow and be successful which doesn’t help. I hope they eventually realize the handful of employees at each location can only do so much and they need help. We’ll see..
