Laid off from Salesforce today. Few others including my manager also impacted.
I had been recruited and had been here about a year.

DEI at SF is atrocious. Merit does not matter any more. That is why we are going down. Look up for a professor that was told to do race based grading. The same thing happens at SF for stack ranking. Why do you think layoff is as such.
Severance looks like normal pay through 4/23 and if no internal role by then, an additional 22 weeks of pay.
Very sorry, my manager told me yesterday they were let go. This time it wasn’t an email at least, they received a call from their manager yesterday morning. They were a very long term employee.
