If they are only offering you what your local government regulations stipulate the minimum severance is you could potentially be entitled to more. Even after the lawyer's cut it could be worth it.

Agree on a get a lawyer no matter what, this is not employees nor the times we are living in fault but their own. And guess who takes the big bucks again ! BtW they just purchased a company with 3000 employees in USA and getting rid of their own long term people .. thats why you fight the compensation take what you deserve dont go for less ever.
