My team, job and sanity were involuntarily sacrificed so that the CIO could promote her favorite woman. This would all be a total waste if GP hasn't been promoted to a VP yet.
Pre-positioning for HPE. HPE should query on that parameter to get the shortlist of who is most useless and over positioned.
I saw one in finance that is an annual promotion…..VP, GVP, SVP.
