OI is being separated from Quest again. All of a sudden the rush to separate them back into their own. Patrick has been on a rampage making all the wrong business decisions trying to sell this off. Needed to upset the lives of all their employees by today.

I'm surprised Clearlake are putting up with him or Carolyn for that matter. 2 people with zero empathy and even less business acumen. They are trying to unbundle the whole company to try to recover something. Have been shopping the different parts of the business for a while now.
