In TK all hands he said in March CSGs will be giving out RSU. Will all employees get to participate? I also heard retention bonuses will be paid in March.

Did they do the grant yet?
I hope they widen the pool of people being granted them. There were a lot of people who got 0 last time.
"As a reminder, you will have the option to sell your vested shares during the offer period from early September to early October. We will complete another valuation before then, so that you can factor the most recent value into whether you choose to hold or sell. If you choose to sell some or all of your shares, you will receive the payout in December."
So they vested on 1 March, but you can't sell them until October and won't get the payout until December.
I was given CSG RSU and can't do SH!!T with it until near the end of 2024, which I'm sure TK will discount the He-l out of me if i sell back.
Wishing it was 10yrs ago when the tech vertical was a happy place to work for.
Why people post what will happen with my job or benefits questions here is insanity. Just move on. This company is no more.
It was taken the bonuses from all impacted employees last month and moved to the remaining active employees. Hopefully the active employees will receive it by the payout date or maybe TK will let go others before the payout date. It is all a strategy until the company cash is drained by complete and sold to other investors.
If you got a CSG RSU last year that "vests" on 3/1/24, study the plan documents. Of course, being CSG, there are long delays and a convoluted process to turn it into cash. Maybe you'll have the cash by the end of the year if you work at it.
No rsus last year.
I got a Citrix RSU last March, the first award from that is March 1 2024.
Assume this year's RSUs will be distributed during March as well.
Citrix BU get RSU, Tibco BU gets cash. For both there is a minimum employment threshold like jr employees of either BU get nothing. I have 10+ yrs in so I think I qualify but I have no idea. I'd rather have the cash tbh. There's the 2023 bonus mid February for those who qualified for that based on stack rank. Maybe that is moved out to March now? Given how they jerked us around last year I do not believe anything until the checks clear my bank.
