Apparently BC is littered with people that can’t manage their own time so they use RTO as some kind of badge of honor.
Hybrid is the new norm. Not FT RTO. In my new company flexibility is emphasized. You can request remote days when you have legitimate reasons.

Tons of full RTO is going on. Hock Tan is not gunning for you. Broadcom is just one of many taking this stance.
