Stock is down 16%, results are bad if not horrible. When does it translate to layoffs??

Some QA people let go. We are already thin there
In the past 2 weeks there have been approx. 160 people affected. There is no apparent pattern or concern for on-going projects, it's as if they were pulling names out of a hat.
Today there were some in Domaine Expert functions.
