None of us are safe this week or next week or next month and so on. There is always somebody cheaper, and PayPal is always happy to replace us with them. This is our sad reality and this is why nobody should have been surprised by these layoffs. It's not right, but it is what it is.

It's been much worse since 2015 when Dan was wasting money.
PYPL has always been like this. Worked there from 2009-2015. We called performance reviews Thunderdome.
