i expected an announcement today for EMEA, but nothing so far.

Someone in HR said nothing has been communicated to them regarding emea as of yet. Can anyone confirm
PayPal have to advise the department of enterprise first then there's a 30 day consultation period.
EMEA has to have a consultation period for layoffs which may be why we haven't heard anything yet. Waiting to hear is the worst.
