Productivity tracker?

Anyone know any details about this productivity tracker they are going to be using on us, now? I’m in E&I Specialty benefits and do inbound calls…so it’s not like we can control how many calls we get? Is this just a way to lay people off?

If it's PPMO, we were told it was to help show our needs for more staffing. Honestly...it was time consuming and a waste of time.

If you want info on DAA or EWD, you can locate info on the internal site Sparq(k). There's videos and demos on it there.
Basically one tracks time (DAA) and the other productivity (EWD).

We’ve had it on my team for years. It shows a breakdown of your tasks into categories like admin time, production time, non work thing being done on your computer etc. it tracks idle time (after 60 seconds of no mouse movement or key strokes). They can also see a running log of exactly what you are doing on your computer. I left in December. I assumed all depts had this but I guess not.

The software is called DAA, I’m thinking it’s being used to support termination as opposed to layoffs.

First I've heard of a productivity tracker, where can I read up on it on the intranet?
