Definitely not in the same boat. We leave with peanut severances while they leave with millions. On top of that, they have been horrible at their jobs. Don’t fall for the BS!

DS insisting on the 4 in office days/week schedule because ‘collaboration is necessary’
Okay… what is Microsoft Teams for? Does he know we all collaborate all day every day on calls with our counterparts that are in different offices all over the place?
Does anyone at the top actually know how to build anything? Or even cut a purchase order?
The fact that the people who tell us what to do and don’t know how to do it themselves - that is the problem. It is the blind leading the blind and pushing systems that do not make sense on us.
The CEO of DoorDash has every single employee, himself included, make at least one delivery every month so they are all aware of what it takes to do the job of the little fish in the pond. Imagine that. Imagine if our EMT had to work in CRM every day?

I was really hoping JB and LS would return just like DS. I really miss those two.

@2oyv+1qPLClWL towers hit their REVISED DOWN MARK, they missed their original 2023 outlook by nearly $50 million and the original outlook is what bonuses are based on.

Agreed. Maybe I'd we start operating as a team instead of having pi----g contests and chest puffing, things would get easier to accomplish.

The reality is there are a few outspoken children on this site that are driving the divide in the company. It’s best to ignore them and stop feeding into their immature behavior.

Did they just mention that they will be replacing the Irvine location in Rancho Cucamonga?

“Feels good to know we are all going to be getting 1000s of RSUs this year just like the C suite!!!”

You’re an id--t. The comparison was not between the executives and the common folk, it was between tower and small cell.

No infighting purple pals didn't you hear the COO say we are all in the same boat?

You guys are clowns. This is one company. There will be times when towers is down and small cell and fiber carry the team. There will be times when small cell and fiber are down and towers carries the team. The reality right now is the entire industry is suffering. When the industry rebounds Crown will hopefully be in a good position to thrive again. Until then everyone should respect the fact that we are all in the same boat trying to weather the storm.

@2oyv+1qPLClWL You guys are dense. CC sees themselves as the biggest shared infrastructure company in the US...Fiber/SC and Towers. No 1 shareholder has the juice to change that. All the Towers folk can't get it out of their thick Neanderthal skull that Towers is no longer the ONLY thing CC does.

@2oyv+1qPLClWL Towers underperformed so much they had to gut them. All the offices closed were Towers people.

Except Towers hit the mark. Go use your reporting tool and look. Fiber effed us. God I can’t wait for you id--ts to be sold.

The tower folks need to take a step back and STFU. Fiber is not the problem when towers lost $50 mil. Thanks for a lower bonus superstars.

Lets hope they confirm bonuses are funded higher than they initially thought. Earnings for full year of 23 were not as far off as they said ….. its 24 that will be real bad.

Let's just hope someone has some slacks on that are looser. The last meeting still comes back to me in bad dreams. Barring loose slacks maybe keep the shots above the waist??

If they come out spewing about purple we will know we are all still in trouble.

They won’t say anything of importance. It’s all scripted. Have to wait till next earnings call for the fiber review results and next big RIF. So enjoy the fact you have another 3 months left it’s enough time to brush up your resume.

It'll be interesting to see if we get the same willfully ignorant responses without JB and LN.

If they start out telling us that the questions aren't reflective of most employees, because they get hundreds of emails a day saying how great it is to be under paid, overworked, and how we don't deserve bonuses this year and are looking forward to the next round of layoffs... Then you know we're in for the same BS.
