Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Former Aetna President, Dan F. named as Chief Executive Officer for Convey Health

Back in April, CVS announced Dan was "stepping down for health reasons". Looks like he recovered fine given he was only absent for 4 months. I wonder if his departure was a result of being pushed to move from WHF in FL to CT to be in the office, like everyone else. It also seems like the typical non-compete agreement didn't apply to him. It is curious how that could be.

Karen's way of being top dog is get rid of those who don't agree with her. Year before a bunch of top people 'retired' in April when their stock grants kicked in.

I wouldn't be surprised to see and hear of more retirements in the next month or so.

Good for him! He saw the writing on the wall and got the heck out.

Convey? Interesting. One of the better firms I worked with in my tenure with CVS.

Execs are always allowed to save face and step down for either “health” or “family” reasons
