I wish I could volunteer for a layoff…ready to move onto something else and get out. The environment in TIS is as toxic as it gets especially with a Director who bullies employees!

"Interviewing since November" - if you're still with ENB, you'd be a fool not to wait on a decision until you're released. I'm sure you already know that, but let them buy you out.
I have been interviewing since November last year and today just got two offers i am trying to decide. Let’s see what they offer. Is this phase 1 or will there be a phase 2.
