What does the move to India, Poland and Mexico mean for Field and TAM employees? Should we expect layoffs of first level field managers on the MR or FR side? Any insight?

Most likely they will limp along needing the people in the field. But they will lower the amount of scheds needed, reducing it down to one a year. Increase handling much of the workload remotely (we know how great that worked) and hope to get by with half the amount of FR’s than we had before. Quality is going to go down the toilet.
