One of the worst speakers I’ve ever heard in my life. She has no empathy or remorse for the people who been laid off. And then she talks like we should all feel excited about the future of the company. Completely disconnected from reality. Reminds me of Lady Antoinette saying “let them eat cake.” What a joke

Orlando Bravo (and his fake tan) wouldn’t hire a remorseful gardener for his 7th vacation estate, let alone for the CEO of one of his portfolio companies. You don’t get to that level without stepping on some necks on your way. These types of people (sociopaths) refer to layoffs as “events”. They have to normalize these events in their heads so that they can sleep at night. They have convinced themselves they are doing people a favor by firing them.
