If you’re on a final cap and still not meeting metrics, when would a termination occur?

Once you are on CAP, you are better off searching for a new job elsewhere.
Yes. Because I met all my core metrics as a 1-year AD4Me rep but was fired 12/13/23. I was on a CAP for “call avoidance.” Met my Q4 bonus but didn’t get the payout; was fired before proactive OT/holiday pay too. Evil company!!! I was on a CAP for not answering the phone in 5 secs after being there for a year as an exemplary advocate. F*** UHC!!! Quit before they fire you!
Within 30 days or less
