I think they track general office attendance percentages and if things don't look good messages will trickle down to managers to give broad "please be in the office" statements but I am not sure people are being individually spoken to.
Again, the message about the office is usually generic and team-wide
Granularity is higher if your employment agreement allowed for cell phone tracking.
And yet my checks keep on coming and I keep on sitting at home less than 5 miles away from office.
Literally 2 contradictory statements below. Just proves no one knows sh-t about how it’s been tracked.
