Feb 20th is the most likely bet.
Last I heard was impacted teammates will be notified during the week of Feb 20.

As far as I've read here they have more rounds up to March for the first 5k, then who knows about the other 10k in 2 years. My best guess is that those will be at around mid-year or year end of each year.
