Responding to "WHO TOLD YOU THAT?"

Do you even work for Boeing?

it's been 6% MAX payout since 2014
How the plan works
The program measures performance on safety, quality and productivity. A payout will be generated if
we do better than the set targets, which were established on previous performance. Safety, quality and
productivity will be measured independently, and performance in each measure will be rolled up into
one payout percentage. Payouts from the program will be 0 percent to 6 percent of eligible earnings.

What does AMMP stand for? Annual raise? I don't work for boeing, but it's that's the raise percentage, that is good compared to my companies less then 1% .
