Stop giving bad information. Citi matches are in cash and don’t vest. They are yours as soon as they are deposited into your 401k.
If you get stock or some other contribution, that could be different, but the normal 6% match, no staying 3 yrs, no vesting. Stop making sh-t up.
Company match starts after 1 year of service and 100% vests after 4 years of service. if you leave before four years of service - you get 0. Congrats on the exit
Yes and they will deposit in March but Citi contributions are vested upon completing 3 years of your service
