Looks like an epic reorg with galactic scale layoffs.

When are 1×1 invites expected?
I work in sales and while I expect layoffs I doubt sales will be affected this week due to close of quarter.
Every sale is needed at this late stage.
If you didn’t get a 1x1 email then you’re not impacted

It’s happening today, Monday. 9% of execs to be laid off, TBD on how many peasants will be cut, but likely 4-6k. 1:1’s went out Sunday night. Full severance to be paid.
Other, unsubstantiated rumors: mandatory 3x RTO, MSD stepping down, C-Suite shakeup/departures
Yeah, the earliest the sales layoff will happen is next week. They are absolutely not going to do it in Week 13 of Q4. My manager has been harassing me about every deal more than usual.

Non revenue generating organizations will finish up layoffs by end of this week.
Sales won’t get touched this week. gotta make sure you squeeze every last dollar/deal out of each rep before the give em the axe.
