To be honest if you so negative about the company now, ANY ONE OF YOU OUT THERE, and hate it here, do us a gavor and quit so people like me can stay. Thank you. I still think this company its the best I ever worked for, and have positive potentials in the years to come.
Who are the 8?
Many less than 5 yr or even 10 yr employees we are tired of the uncertainty here anymore. Every few years layoffs, walkouts and reductions it’s always uneasy here.
Realize that other companies are somewhat in similar situation but here is constant concern of future .
Many coworkers here with me are looking to move on to a company with more of a feeling of belonging and some sense of security.
Pretty much, with all the inflation, increased cost of living, and huge housing costs. This is just another painful dig in this “game” of life. Now is the time to support one another. Be kind. It’s a terrible feeling not being able to trust your employer/union/coworkers. Keep your chin up everyone 😊
